Cancellation Policy
Your 50% deposit is non-refundanble upon cancellation. We will apply a 50% credit to a future event within 12 months of your original date. Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event and subject to availablilty
Any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.

Terms and Conditions
Thanks so much for your business! 50% of fees are paid online at the time of booking, we will send you an invoice for your remaining 50% and it is due no later than 7 days before your event.

In the event that you fail to pay the remaining 50% balance, you forfeit your deposit and the event is canceled.

Mirror Mirror Michigan Booth Official Policies

DEPOSIT/REFUND/:
A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. 50% payment will be required to hold your reservation once you book online.

Should you cancel 30 days prior to your event, the remaining 50% will be gladly returned. No refunds are given for initial deposits.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Mirror Mirror Michigan is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

FOOD/DRINK:
Mirror Mirror Michigan does not allow any food or drinks near the photo booth. Please have your guests consume them away from the photo booth. We do ask that you provide 3 vendor meals for our staff, if you will be consuming food at your event.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our general service area is Lansing, Michigan. If you are one hour beyond city limits, we will assess a Travel Surcharge. We will contact you to let you know of any additional charge however we suggest you inquire about the travel fee in advance.

BAD WEATHER:
We make every attempt to arrive promptly for all events. In the event of severe weather (Major storm, flooding and/or extremely heavy rain or snow, etc.) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
Mirror Mirror Michigan does require a parent or responsible adult to be present at events where children are guests. Guests 8 and under require a parent or responsible guardian be on property and within contact of our photo booth technician should a need to contact them arise.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to discontinue our operation if guests become out of control. Our equipment is expensive and we will protect it. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated around the equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of our services immediately.

DAMAGE/INJURY:
Neither Miirror Mirror Michigan nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the equipment in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to our equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. Neither Mirror Mirror Michigan Photo Booth nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

PICTURES:
While your party is in effect the Photo Booth technician may be taking pictures of your guests interacting with the booth. We may use these on our Facebook page or our web site. If you do not want our technician taking these pictures or posting them on Facebook or our web site, please notify the tech prior to the start of the party. (We never use guests' last names or addresses. We value privacy!)

TIPS:
The Photo Booth Technician is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

PHOTO BOOTH LOCATION AND PARKING:
We will need a solid, safe and secure location to set up our equipment. Outdoor setups must be in a covered and protected area (or a contingency plan for shelter in case of possibility of inclement weather.) We will need a grounded electrical outlet or suitable extension cord as well. If there is no on-street parking, you will need to reserve one parking space for our vehicle at your location.

Please communicate with the venue coordinator that we require the following:

  • Min 12 x 10 space
  • 120V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet of the set-up area. The circuit must be free of all other connected loads.

  • Reliable Wifi login information
